Vigna Spuntali 2015 si aggiudica i Tre Bicchieri Gambero Rosso

Vigna Spuntali 2015 achieves a Tre Bicchieri rating from Gambero Rosso

Great news for Val di Suga: Brunello di Montalcino Vigna Spuntali 2015 was named a Tre Bicchieri wine by Guida Vini d'Italia di Gambero Rosso 2021. Our winery greeted the return of the top Tre Bicchieri award to Val di Suga with great enthusiasm. Even more gratifying was the comment we read in the guide itself.

In the expert hands of Andrea Lonardi, the Val di Suga’s terroir tells many stories that are as diverse as they are fascinating. In this year’s superlative array, it was hard to make a choice. Poggio al Granchio offered aromas of ripe, substantial fruit, but it will take time to open up completely. Vigna del Lago stands out for its harmony on both nose and palate. But best of all is Vigna Spuntali, with its fragrances of tobacco and red fruit alongside elegance, finesse, and a long flavorful finish. Tre Bicchieri.”
